The training I received was adequate, covered all main points needed to learn how to utilize the tools specified for the contract I was in.

Minpunten

Sadly, many supervisors and Sr. Reps would have very noticeable preferences among themselves. It made it a toxic environment to work in.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Minpunten

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

Minpunten

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
