Great training, ability to work around your schedule, Manager who is easy to talk to and truly cares

Minpunten

You deal with a lot of angry clients calling in. You have to be able to not take them seriously which is a lot easier said than done.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Minpunten

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

Minpunten

Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
