Pay is decent. The very FEW TLs and coaches who respond are great.

Minpunten

Literally everything. Team leads unresponsive, no communication, inadequate training. No response on fixing time cards (due to trainers misinformation) I won't be getting paid when I'm supposed to. Seems the entire company is screwing these surge employees around just trying to keep them as long as they can while also screwing them out of pay. The trainer was so incompetent they couldn't even read, higher management needs to be supervising the trainers and TLs.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Minpunten

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

Minpunten

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
