Unorganized and chaotic but waited more than a month to do my background check after they told me that it wasn't an issue at the beginning.

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
