Constantly being put under pressure, and the company seemed to enjoy getting rid of seasoned staff and employing new people as new employees meant they would get some government grants...

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
