      Involuntary overtime, incompetent mid-management support, abhorrent IT support (often without pay for time spent dealing with them), constantly-changing protocol, no time off in first 90 days

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
