None, basically. Maybe meeting a lot of people, but that's it.

Minpunten

Processes were invented by someone who has no idea of service delivery. The team lead is not related to the team - basically no team spirit built up, even my own efforts were clashed by the TL. Because of the same TL - huge fluctuation on the team. No real bond, nobody cares about the other.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Minpunten

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

Minpunten

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
