Pluspunten
It is better than not having a job at all. Benefits are okay. Pay scale is about $10 to $13 per hour, and comission has been maxed out at just above $300 per month (which is why many of the people who used to work there have quit). If you get the right manager, it can also be a friendly environment.
Minpunten
Lots of micromanagers, food services were destroyed by a corporated "company kitchen" that costs twice as much for old nasty food, and commission is almost non-existant. They don't acknowledge loyalty - everyone is disposeable. They won't even give you a pat on the back for serving them for over 1, 5 or 10 years. The last thing they told me was "we know you work hard, but we simply can't pay you what you were promised when you were hired." And that is when a bunch of people quit, and why they are always hiring.
