Pluspunten

Great people, $10 an hour, weekends off, paid holidays/holidays off, paid training.

Minpunten

A lot to learn, several screens that you need to be in at all times. Six weeks of training you are either in one of the training classes 6am-3pm or 3:30pm- midnight. if you miss a training class more then two days (if emergency) you can not make it up.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Minpunten

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

Minpunten

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
