Poor salary Poor training Job is boring Workplace is ridiculous ( the building looks like a factory, just a few windows , lights are on all day long ). You are controlled like a child ( have to respect strict break times, even to go to the restroom sometimes!) You have to know people to advance your career You are a number for the company ( name and surname do not appear on your PC and other company's files just your employee ID) Most team leaders are very often less qualified than yourself ; have no clue how to do their job ; share little interest for you . Some lines get really busy and people work very hard while others hardly get any call. Working there feels like being in jail . Everybody claps their hand when someone is about to quit . Very few people like their jobs and constantly complain about it. Random monthly bonus
