Being forced to work another position when your position is slow. I did not accept this job offer to speak to customers through voice due to my major anxiety issues yet I am being called out by name to do so in front of all the other agents by very argumentative upper-staff. Job offers will not include everything they will require you to do on the job, be very aware of that.
