Every mentor is welcoming want nice. Overall everyone will try and help you out. Good starting point if you're a fresher.

Minpunten

Salary increment is very less. No growth in process. Same thing everyday. Might get boring.

Minpunten

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
