Easy training, nothing else was pro about it

Minpunten

Training doesn't help in real call situations, everyone that is new fends for themselves, team leader was not helpful, you're just a number, hours change last minute, tech support is a joke. Don't trust them fully in resetting your computer remotely, tech support is also rude

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Minpunten

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

Minpunten

Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
