Challenging, and good learning environment. Opportunities exist for promotion and lateral movement. Company fosters, promotes, and rewards innovative thinkers.

Minpunten

Very political, change is constant, but seems unnecessary at times. Lack of ownership and accountability across many teams within organization. Too many people involved in the decision making process.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Minpunten

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
