During busy times you have to really be online stalking the chat to see if you can pick up some shifts. Not many hours available

Minpunten

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
