I love the people I work with. TeleTech as a company has always been fair. They are about developing and retaining their employees. I like the idea that I could transfer to ANY Teletech whether in the country or in another country so opens up opportunites that way. If you apply yourself, then there can be promotional opportunities. It is about how much effort you put in. I have been there for 5 years and I am happy.

Minpunten

There hasn't been a raise in a long time. I know that the economy is not very strong, but it would be nice to see something. The clients that I work for does have some high expectations, but after talking to people that have transferred from other sites, our client is much better than others. The client you provide service for could also make/break the job.

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
