Relaxed work environment. Patient supervisors. Nice location. Decent breakroom.

Minpunten

Lack of organization. Lack of communication. Pay is subpar. Things change constantly. Things shift from "do whatever you want", to extremely micromanaged

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Minpunten

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
