Low pay. Untrained leaders. Not receiving timely feedback. Micromanaging but leads are nowhere to be found when you need them. Employees gaming the system to be top performers but a close look on their cases shows how they mishandle and get a pass because they are "top performers".

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.
