No pros as such in this company.

Minpunten

Unhealthy work culture. No work life balance. They will say they are giving work from home, but set targets which are unachievable. ** Once after Covid they stopped rolling out work from home, there was no hiring or nobody came to join. Again after 1 year they started rolling out work from home. Then people started joining. But they hired so many employee, now they are jumbling them among different processes. And resulting in lot of people leaving.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Minpunten

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
