It is a very large organization, so the business culture is very different in various TUI offices around the world. You have a lot of freedom around creating your objectives and personal development plan. If you are pro-active there are many international career opportunities and you will be able to run any project that you like. You can work in a more corporate or informal environment with flexible working hours.

Processes are not clearly defined it varies per country/business unit. Every business unit is focused on their own success and there are not many shared objectives across teams. Departments are slightly competitive and sensitive with information sharing. Between the various offices and brands there is not a strong TUI identity yet, but this will probably improve going forward.
