      Some level of flexibility with hybrid working conditions.

      Minpunten

      Very hierarchical, lower than average salary and basic benefits. Unclear management structure and untold amount or reorgs leading to redundancies with next to no opportunities for replacement roles.

      Relaxed and open work environment. Work was relevant and easy to pick up and understand.

      Minpunten

      We were promised for months that full time work would begin. These came in emails and face to face meetings where contracts were promised to arrive within days, yet never did. After months of stringing along new hires, they went silent and no one I was in contact with has heard from them since.
