Terrible Management: The Business Development & Operations Manager is unprofessional and rude in his manner, creating a toxic work environment down the chain of command. Legal Compliance Issues: There was a significant delay in pension enrollment for employees, which is a clear violation of legal requirements. Lack of Training: Staff receive no formal training and are expected to learn independently under the guise of being "proactive." Payment Errors: Frequent mistakes in salary calculations, particularly concerning holiday pay, leaving employees frustrated. Neglect of Employee Welfare: Staff concerns are often ignored unless escalated through complaints. Unacceptable Facilities: The staff room conditions are appalling—extremely small, overcrowded, and unhygienic. Accommodating 17 staff members in such a space is completely unacceptable.
