Any involuntary staff changes are extremely difficult on both sides of the table, especially when there is no fault involved. We do our best to ensure that we treat anyone in that situation the same way we would be treated, as many of us have gone through the same process at one point in our career. We've learned a lot thanks to those involved, and I'm personally grateful for the feedback. (Note: sorry to write three similar paragraphs - we felt it applied in different cases).
While agencies have sometimes a reputation for "rubber banding" or hiring and firing with client demand, we're proud to not do that, as our history shows. We were founded in part to specifically not to do that (all of the founders were devs and designers, no suits). We genuinely appreciate your feedback, I've taken all of it seriously.
