Talent Hack is unlike any other team I've been part of. It's a family - a family that encourages you to be your best, collaborate, celebrate the wins, help through the hard times and grow. The team is dedicated to our talent + customers and truly get excited by their growth and success. We are motivated to succeed and will work until we feel confident and sure in our work. We value each others opinions and everyone listens respectfully to one another. Our individual strengths and weaknesses balance each other out and our overall goal is unanimous. "Work" doesn't feel like work, and we as a team have goals + dreams for Talent Hack's vision.

This is not a typical 9-5 job, it's a lifestyle and a consumer facing business as well. When you find something you're extremely passionate and excited about it doesn't feel like work though. We know our work is positively impacting the lives of others and we do everything in our power to do so.

Joining the team at Talent Hack, an early stage start-up with GIANT heart and ambition was truly the best career/ life decision I've ever made. The team is incredibly passionate and cares so much about the community and what they are building, not the mention some of the most hard-working, innovative, dedicated and smartest people out there. The mission is a big one and everyday is different, exciting and an opportunity to make a difference. The team org here is flat -- none of that corporate bureaucratic BS, if you can dream it you can do it. Ideas welcome and encouraged from all sides + levels of the team. If you're driven by creating real impact on an industry and feeling those effects immediately, this is the place for you. Even though early stage, our founder is very dedicated to supporting employees beyond what other companies at our stage would have.
