Young enough business that change can be implemented , the bosses often try new things to keep staff happy, rewarded and also plan some pretty epic parties at end of quarter.

Help isn't always there but thats why they usually hire mature/ experienced recruiters. It's not a hays/ randstad which is a good thing. Don't expect to have your hand held during your time in the role and think of it more as your own business and you'll do well. General office politics can be negative, lots of egos ( as is in most recruitment businesses!) but not as bad as other companies have it
