TechnoKrate offers a fast-paced environment that’s perfect for motivated learners. During my internship, I improved my coding skills and learned how to work in an agile team. I became more confident with React.js and tools like Vite, Tailwind, and Git. The feedback from my mentor helped me write better code and understand best practices. I'm grateful for the experience and the opportunity to learn from a talented team.

While my internship at TechnoKrate has been a valuable learning experience overall, there are a few areas where things could improve: Limited Structured Onboarding: The initial days were a bit confusing, as there wasn't a clear onboarding process or detailed project documentation. A more structured orientation could help new interns get started faster and more confidently. Lack of Feedback Loops: While I was given tasks, I didn’t always receive regular feedback or code reviews. More consistent check-ins and technical feedback would help interns grow more quickly. Fast-Paced with Less Guidance: The work environment can be fast-paced, which is exciting, but at times it felt like interns were expected to figure things out independently without much support. Mentorship could be strengthened. Project Clarity: Sometimes project goals or expectations weren’t clearly defined. Having more detailed task breakdowns and clear communication would make it easier to meet objectives. Despite these challenges, I still appreciate the opportunity and exposure TechnoKrate provided. Addressing these areas could make the internship even more impactful for future students.
