      Good Learning experience, you will get to work on multiple things as it is still working on a startup culture.

      Minpunten

      It is still a startup without any pros that a startup brings on the table. There are no processes or setups in place which gets frustrating. There is no connection between the management and employee at any level. Things are always up in the air and the dust never seems to settle here.

      Sometimes the tight work schedule does give me that jittery feeling. But I have always had support of my managers and seniors to be able to handle it.. I won't call it a con, infact I just take it as a hiccup in the whole process... N trust me, that's easily manageable 😀
