The HR is the worst part of this company, forcing people to leave good reviews on glassdoor to lift the company rating but doesn't make any slightest effort to make its employees happy. It is an irrelevant department that should be removed. They are clueless about their own job. The CEO is oblivious to the people tasks and has no sincerity at all. He can smile at you today and talk behind your back just right after he gave a tap on the back. He is easily get dismayed with little things. He is a self proclaimed smart but couldn't get a hint that those great people who left, chose to leave because of him.
