In certain sections of the company, people management seemed very much to be an afterthought. Saw several employees who weren't getting the support they needed from managers who were more focused on the non-managerial part of their job.

Great vibes, really enjoyed my time there. Felt very included as part of the team and participated in real work.

Minpunten

Management does not necessarily understand what they want leading to lots of confusion in terms of requirements for projects, but this is pretty typical throughout industry. Very frontend heavy work.
