The management has some type of ego boost overview, especially team leads. They only really care about the higher ups meaning ETL and team leads they really don’t care about the people who work the store the pace bare minimum in the races are pitiful with only given $.10 inclement 25 being the most this is not a place to grow. They constantly give a promise to the new incoming employees and train them to be a team lead yet not paying them team lead pay basically giving them team lead work with no team lead pay rising up in this company is hard you will be here for years before you get to a higher position unless you quit your current position and go for a team lead position at another store, but even that is it because they hire from within the store and usually whenever a new team lead position opens someone else from another store already has that position or it’s promised to them and saw the cycle continues.
