The people in the trenches are fabulous and consistently try their best when it comes to looking out for it's customers and many customers show their appreciation something that you don't often see in a company with a retail background.
Minpunten
During the past year in a half I've seen a lot of change. In the past I was proud to tell people I worked for Target. It was a good company to work for. It used to be that Exectutives treated the employees working in the trenches with respect. In fact this used to be encouraged. Nowdays it seems at least in my division that the hourly employees are expendable. I've watched management go on what seems like witch hunts. It seems as if there are only 2 ways to go within this company that is up or out. Staying in one job for over 1 year is virtually a termination offense.
