Pluspunten
Pay is decent compared to other retail management jobs. Good for recent college grads who are single, have no kids, and want their first management job. Target goes after recent college grads because of the crazy schedule. Use it as a stepping stone and nothing more.
Minpunten
Retail schedule is terrible. Weekends/ Stores open until midnight. I can't tell you how many family functions/ holidays I've missed. Stay away if you have kids, the money isn't worth that sacrifice. Good luck getting through Q4.
