If you have a family emergency, or need a day off with little notice, you can generally get it (as long as it isn't every other week). - The management is pretty good about working with you to get you on a good work schedule. -Stores are generally much cleaner than comparative retail venues, which makes for a more pleasant work environment. -Perks to keep the team morale up are greatly appreciated. These include pizza parties to reward milestones in days without accidents to special events and parties to reward beating sales figures.

-As in any retail environment, "manager-itis" can be present from a few people, who would rather order you to do something than ask. -Some job expectations are unreasonable, such as stocking 5 pallets of merchandise by yourself in an hour. -As in any retail environment, hours are usually cut during the spring to start building a surplus for hours around the winter holidays.
