Pluspunten
A big coompany is fun to work for. I love working and meeting so many other team members. Everyone that works their seems to get along very well and Target does their best to make everyone at home while they are at work. They have lots of FFF (Fast Fun Friendly) events to keep everyone in the best spirits.
Minpunten
Unacheiveable goals are set on a regular basis which most, if not all, of the team members struggle to accomplish. As a result, team members are not getting recognized the way they should be even though they have an amazing recognition system which is not used as genuinely as it should. A much needed training program overhaul. The basis of their training is fine, it's just a matter of actually putting them into place. It is a much more sink or swim oriented training that goes on which is difficult to achieve especially when the only feedback you're getting is negative if any.
