Pluspunten
Target is a company based on taking care of it's guests. Weather that be through it's low prices or wide selection of items, it is focused on pleasing it's guests. Every team member is reminded daily that customer service is the number one priority and that each guest should be asked if they need help finding anything. I personally find this to be something that all companies should strive to be like. In business you have to have customers. Customers like to go where they feel like they are treated right and Target does that very well. I want to work for a company that treats their customers right, a company I can be proud to work for because other people live shopping there.

People who should be fired are still allowed to come to work and waste company money with their ineffectiveness and laziness.
