      Getting off early from work and getting weekends off.

      Always under staff, course training doesn't prepare you for the work area, most of the time you will be underfunded. Focus is not on the students.

      You'll be prepared to handle any obstacle life throws your way after dealing with these people for any amount of time. Professional developments are well thought out, and contain lots of great information.

      Minpunten

      This is by far the worst run business in Sacramento. They have no place in education and place around children. Churn is extremely high. CEO consistently cheats schools and employees out of money. Company has been sued several times. While professional developments are well thought out they're poorly executed and set unrealistic expectations. Company is only concerned with profit margin and not the well being of students they are committed to serving. In a nutshell EMPLOYEES ARE TREATED LIKE SLAVES!
