1. The DTP department is managed by two HODs with different approaches, which often creates confusion and affects the operators.
2. The DTP HOD rarely stands up for the team or clearly communicates their role, which I noticed even after years of experience.
3. The DTP team is often blamed for issues and is required to work extra hours, including being called in on Sundays.
4. I once had to stay until midnight without being provided dinner or travel support—regardless of whether the employee was male or female.
5. Employees in the DTP department don’t feel valued, and there seems to be a lack of future growth opportunities.
