      Relaxed environment to work in, some staff are good.

      Minpunten

      Poor leadership. People driven by ego, not by work. No grievance addressal even after repeated complaints. Your future in the company will be bright if you have no self-respect, are always ready to agree with superiors, and never question anyone or anything. This is NOT an environment that encourages open discussions. People here will do anything, right or wrong, to save their own skin and throw you under the bus without any second thoughts.

      Pluspunten

      A welcoming culture that provides a fun and flexible office environment. Leadership is eager to train new hires and provide them with tools needed to be successful in their role. Also the company is experiencing some real growth which is opening new opportunities for everyone.

      Minpunten

      No real cons to speak of unless you are uncomfortable with tech in general. The company continues to innovate its platform, which requires employees needing to take the time to learn and understand the new features that are released every few weeks.

      Pluspunten

      -The features and products are always evolving to keep up with customer suggestions. I like that it really is a customer centric. -Though it can be stressful, the environment is laid back and casual. -Leadership is open to suggestions and is very transparent about where we are and were we are going. -If I have an issue, I always feel as if I can go to my direct superior without any hesitations and I feel heard.

      Minpunten

      -There are still a few growing pains, which can be frustrating, but leadership does a good job to overcome them.
