1. Very less room for Product Management. No direct connect with clients or end-users. Decisions mostly driven by US product management team or CTO's office 2. Vision is driven by only one or two individuals who have lost connect with reality and enforce their decisions everywhere 3. Post the acquisitions the original founders, who had set up a great culture have slowly moved away. This leaves the organization in a place where it runs a risk of becoming a pure delivery centre for US owners(JPMC and CxLoyalty)
