Management at Tawkify cared more about numbers than their people. Upper leadership make their decisions without understanding what employees and clients were dealing with every day. They have high expectations even when there was no realistic way to meet them. Instead of focusing on doing a good job, everyone spent their time trying to keep up with impossible demands.
