Husband and wife are founder and co-founder and here you will find too much micromanagement. Both person don't know what they actually want and do not have stable work nor long term projects Company assign you to another company as dedicated developer and shows 2-3x experience compared to actual. Which is totally wrong and then they do pressure to complete work by sitting extra hours without getting additional pay. Mr. Shinoj and Heena is good until you work as they wanted once you decide to quite the job and put resignation paper they start harrasing you also if you have signed bond then you are finish. Do not expect to get salary even though you have worked for a month or two. They will ask you to pay but do not pay they will blame you show you that they will do court case and all but do not worry. Nothing will happen. I'm mentioning all these as it happens to me. And you will not get documents as well.
