You get a considerable degree of freedom to do your bit that will benefit the project and by extension the organization. And when you grab that opportunity it's quite challenging but also a lot of fun. You might be representing the organization in the client meetings for their next marketing campaign and forecasting the impacts or suggesting solutions for some of their pressing issues and what not
