None for the people who really want to work. Flexible timings is the best thing which the company offers. Best Company for the people who have a whole lot of luck. If you dont want to work, then you can gossip with your managers and there is always someone else (some of your team mate) who will complete your work.......and in the end you may get the benefit...because till then you are the favourite of your Manger. They show FIFA world cup, each and every match LIVE(maybe because MSAT was one of the official partners).

Opportunities are never given on the capability or rotation basis, its given on Favouritism. Your Immediate manager is your whole and sole Boss. You work for maybe 100 yrs in this company...and yet you wont come to know about the HR policies. Beware!!! any day on the last week of the Quarter, you may get a letter saying "Inconvinience is Highly Regretted", and then you come to know that you wont get your Arrear/ Bonus/ Variable pay etc. this month (and even not sure about next month). Nothing is well planned, They Hire Thousands of freshers from College. But God knows when will there joining come. If you are lucky, then within a month else maybe in 1.5 yrs. If they call you then also its quite likely that you maybe sent back home...the reason being "Company doesnt have enough Projects" Appraisal is a mere Joke. There is no transparency.
