- Nepotism/favoritism: Majority of new hires within the past year have close ties to leadership - Uneducated individuals attempting to solve complex business problems - No sense of common courtesy - Leadership doesn't care about employees who they didn't recruit and have false expectations and goals - Weak product team with no sense of product design and customer need - High levels of manipulation at all levels - No true vision and direction - Turnover rate is extremely high

Good work life balance. Backed up by Home Depot. Strong growth in recent years. Genius business model. Great people to work with.
