Just like all the previous reviews by my ex-colleagues, there are no pros.

Everything in fact. I would love to list some of them below.
CEO is lacking common sense (Please ask some of the existing or current employees to understand this) there are many instances.
No recognition for any employees. Somehow they manage to find innocent freshers and spoil their life. The downside is when a fresh mind gets out of the college and get into these kinds of company, their energy, vision, innovation are all clouded with the repetitive monotonous work which not at all healthy for any fresh kids.
Very poor management. CEO is the glorified version of the crappy politician.
Management is totally handicapped, they don't have any authority to take even a single decision even in terms distributing snacks to the employees.
Almost lost all their precious clients due to poor quality and you need to know why - it's because of no recognition (Rs.500 Annual increment), not rewards.
Please look at all the positive reviews and you can see a pattern (if you are smart enough you will know)
