There is no work-life balance in this company, as employees are often required to work on Sundays as well. Salary is not paid in full on time, around 70% is credited between the 8th–15th of the month, and the remaining 30% is shown as “conveyance” at the end of the month, regardless of whether you are working in the office or on the field.
The biggest concern is with full and final settlement. They will never clear your F&F after leaving organization.
