Like other shared services, they just like doing the accounting, HMO and supporting for any government related documents that you'll need to apply for any loans. You'll have work life balance depending if you are deployed with kind and good client.

Minpunten

No increase for de minimis, all are taxable except 13th month pay.

From interview the job offer. All were seamless. I have talked to only one of their HR rep then interviewed with the client. No micromanaging and everyone encourages you to be better. The pay is good. It is above the market.
