Well, have you ever seen a company where - there are more recruiters than developers?Where people are asked to write fake glassdoor reviews(See carefully, you will find so many reviews in a single day , that's weird for a company of strength 100, right? Well this is nothing but a campaign by HRs to increase glassdoor rating. With 2 rating no one will join them right?) ? Where people have no work and want to get paid by by licking their CEO's boot? A company without any vision? Well , this is the place for you. A circus, a comedy show - I just don't have word to describe.The top management have no technical or business skills , just bluff masters. They have no idea what they want, what their goal is. They have no HR policy what so ever. Every other day they will come up with some bond that you need to sign at the time you join, or you are allocated to some client project and the list goes on. And If you don't like this hell and want to resign, then things become even worse. If discussion fails to retain you, then they wont respond to your resignation email, they will suddenly come up someday and tell you to leave . Then they wont give you your service letter and full and final settlement. They wont reply to any of your emails and phone calls. Height of unprofessional-ism. So guys, please please please, before joining this company, please find someone from Linkedin who worked there and get the truth, then you decide.Joining Techolution was the worst decision of my life that I regret and will do for many more years to come.
