Pluspunten
Work-life balance is probably the best in this industry. No mandatory late sittings. Office is open at 730 AM, and people start leaving around 5 PM (if they came early). There is a focus on developing people outside of work as well, with a lot of emphasis on spirituality/tableegh. While this is great for some, it might not be for others. Separate space for women. Regular sports (cricket or football). Young and energetic team. People are very helpful. Management goes out of way to even resolve some peoples personal issues (its a small company).
Minpunten
Sometimes you have to sit on the bench, which means downtime. Some projects are great, but others are not. Most are short lived, which means technical growth is compromised. Most projects focus on speed then on quality. Higher management is not that involved in projects themselves. Most people are hired on vision alignment, which means there is less diversity and sometimes people are hired who are not that great technically.
