This isn't my first rodeo...Management seems to really care about its people. Fantastic culture. No micro-managing...They treat you like an adult and let you work. Salary is fine, as are the benefits. I couldn't be happier. One of my top 3 places to work in my 30 year career...

No onsite IT department in NJ...so it took a little while to get phones/voicemail etc...set up.
